They, thus are not learner-centric, the moment the client decides to go assigned learning. Regardless, the number of 100% true LXPs, as they were defined, is minimal in the entire industry of learning systems.

The way a 3rd party content provider works with an LXP (or any learning system that offers a marketplace) is that they have a partnership agreement – allowing the vendor to have them in their marketplace.
