audio not playing in HTML5

Adobe Captivate

Has anyone had an issue with their audio not playing in HTML5 in preview and when published? But when you click the Rewind button, the audio will play? I published a project in Captivate 8 last week and had this issue and am having the same problem with Captivate 2017 today.
