Take a look the next time you check our systems, how many have the same UI for the learner. The admin side is efficient and designed accordingly, without appearing irrelevant for the admin needs, just as the learner side doesn’t look like everyone else. I’ve seen SCORM as a type mentioned, which nobody nowadays knows what that means, and nobody cares – as a learner, and honestly as an admin. A lot of vendors will list the publisher of the content, as if some learner says, “Holy Moly – you have IT skills? Why can’t a vendor simply say video? An Interest.

Which really hurts the learner more so, and even the client – especially if someone new comes in and can’t figure out why you choose to renew. In each case, push and pull exists, because even if it is content from a 3rd party provider, which in the Hub it is, the content is sitting on the content provider’s server, and not directly within your learning system.
