Who can provide assets like logos, images, and documentation? I have added some questions that I have found useful to ask Who provides the final sign-off? Whose buy-in do you require to ensure that there is post-rollout support provided to the learners? Who can review the content? Who will review or pilot the course?

The more I mull over some of the core characteristics of a MOOC ecosystem, I feel it lends itself very well to providing performance support (PS) within the workflow. A MOOC ecosystem takes care of this challenge by providing learners with the ability to create, co-create, and share content.

The set of questions below were raised by a friend that triggered of the post that follows: If SCORM is a technical specification, does it interest, content providers, Instruction Designers, Project Managers ? Content providers will quickly see how SCORM helps implement reusable learning objects.

The organization wishes to roll out the application along with the training modules—a noble endeavor and a logical one, no doubt. This need for a training module was not identified earlier and the training design team, i.e. us, came into the picture a week or so back. Wherein Lies the Problem 1.

Summative evaluation "provides information on the product's efficacy ( it's ability to do what it was designed to do)." If a majority of learners clear the assessment module with 80%+, then obviously the program is successful," would be the typical response. Now, evaluation happens at two levels: Formative and Summative.
