Twitter - microblogging Twitter is good for networking with colleagues, use and follow hashtags like #lrnchat. But Twitter is also very useful in a learning trajectory - search and follow your participants who are on Twitter. So no facilitator should not be able to manipulate Twitter! A short description below.

I tweeted about this and was almost immediately, resoundingly, hammered with responses like "this is not useful for webinars" and "I don't need to know the city, I need to know the time zone". People say, "Well, college students don't use Twitter" as if there is some fatal flaw of Twitter that only college students see.

A few weeks ago I did a very informal query on Twitter, asking people what were their favorite eLearning brands. If I just take content creation and social media perspective - then why only Ning and what Google is doing there. Just remember, my "survey" was highly unscientific and represented one afternoons chatter on Twitter.

Heres a taste of whats on my plate right now: Lots of Software Trai ning Finishing up a big project update for a large financial institution. Moodle in 2010 Kineo Insights Webinar: Challenges and Best Practi. A momentary pause in the madness. This is the kind of work pace I like. Plenty to do, but not in a frantic way. Much juggling.
