I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). However, I will say this: I like what Saba is doing. The system still – equally as Saba – needs some work.

While the UI is vastly improved, on the admin side it needs a slight touch – but don’t get wrong the product is doable and nice. Feature wise this product is fantastic. on the net. .

Volatile - in that people change systems more than say some other e-learning products (ex: authoring tools, web conferencing products).
