Unlike SWFs, projects published as HTML5 will not only play on the Apple  iPad, iPhone and the iPod, but the lessons will retain any interactivity that you added to the slides (such as click boxes and buttons). Close the HTML5 Tracker, go to the slide containing the unsupported object and delete the object.

  Using Captivate's Responsive features (available only if you chose File > New Project > Responsive Project), you can design each of your slides for up to five different devices (known as breakpoints, three of which are shown in the image below).   I was able to create the slide below in about five minutes.

Only on mobile device preview (galaxy s6, iphone, pixel, except ipad and desktop), the project and Captivate crashes at 50% during compiling asset progress bar and the error window appears. I hide some slides and find that it starts crashing after showing slide 9 and on. This project does have two videos.

The default breakpoints are based on typical sizes of a laptop (Primary), iPad (Tablet), and iPhone (Mobile).     To change the width of a layout, select one of the three breakpoints and drag either slide to change the width. However, you can easily adjust the size of the breakpoints.  Now for the height.

The ability to natively record slide-by-slide video annotations is a feature currently only supported in Snap. In short, Snap-published content won't run on the iPhone or iPad. Far and away the biggest advantage to Snap by Lectora is the extremely low price of $99. This fact alone could make it a more feasible option for many.
