Kineo Partners handle hosting (if you want it) and support, rather than Kineo Group. Charge extra for hosting – Kineo Pacific told me 6K to host, Kineo Group told me 12K to 18K to host including support. Seems to focus more on client side server, when space as a whole is focused more on SaaS. Custom Themes.

Custom domains – rather than have yourcompany.vendorname.com, some systems are now offering custom domains so that your learners see whatever name you create.com and remove the vendor name. Anyway, not sure how that played out when they had some clients who moved from Absorb to SmartLab and then ended up going back to Absorb – not an ideal customer service move IMO. M-Learning – can view on tablets, including iPad. Has a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, simple.
