Q : I am curious on why Cornerstone On Demand, Saba and SumTotal do not appear in your top twenty lists even though they appear on other sites as the best products in the market. My latest take on those three vendors (plus one) are: Cornerstone On Demand – I have seen the new UI and I like what I saw. Tech support lackluster.

ATD2015 Conference Post – Review

This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. . In all the years I have attended and have known about ATD (formally ASTD), this year is by far the most in terms of e-learning vendors, especially those in the LMS space.

Best of the Best – Extended Enterprise or multi-tenant LMSs

If you are someone who is considering some of the bigger dogs like Cornerstone or SumTotal, I would seriously look at these guys. eLogic Learning ($$-$$$) – Another solid performer who continues to get better and better. Big wins: On/Off synch for mobile devices, also supports Tin Can API. E-Learning 24/7.

Extensive APIs support. Support is fantastic and what I have found is they really care about their customers, a rarity in today’s space. TinCan support with mobile learning, however no on/off synch. Mobile learning support, but no TinCan nor on/off synch. 4 IMC-AG Clix Learning Suite.

Bridge over troubled authoring tool waters

You probably have a better chance on who assassinated JFK (if you do not think it was Oswald) than getting some of these vendors to tell you up front. Desktop authoring tools as an entire industry are awful when it comes to supporting Mac OS. Yeah I know it is new, but the lack of current support is unbelievable. Chromebooks.
