Somewhat complicated tasks are being outsourced but even the face of outsourcing is undergoing rapid change. Gone are those days and those requirements. Repeatable tasks are performed more rapidly, with greater accuracy and more cost effectively by machines. But I will leave that discussion for another post.

Before that, we need to examine what are some of the characteristics of today’s workplace, especially those that depend on knowledge workers for success. Hierarchy is being replaced by wirearchy.
