I like Cornerstone LMS, but I do not like the data visualization of the metrics. Nor do I like that the metrics that come out of the box with Docebo Learn are poor and the visualization bad. Nobody foresaw not just every day workers but also execs who will only work remote – which changes the way people can be trained.

A VA component will always include a listing of overused words, words that are difficult to understand, a transcript with highlighted words (so the learner knows), and a form of metrics visual via data visualization on the learner screen. It it slowly starting to change and I suspect most LXPs will have it by the end of 2020. . Metrics – They offer it, but rarely will it be as robust as an LMS (as a whole).
