From a vendor perspective there was a huge impact, but what was odd, is that some vendors still are living in the past, as though, this is a minor blip, and in 2021, everything will go back as it was – corporate wise that is. Sure a vendor can say we are an LXP, but a LMS too or vice versa. LMS vendors on the other hand are adding LXP features, to counter, and in some marketing may note, learning experience blah blah. . Every LMS vendor should have a standard regarding response times, when they receive an inquiry via the internet. I know of one vendor who responds within 30 minutes of receiving an inquiry.
