If you are attending TechKnowledge, you will surely figure out the vendor if you are walking around and talking to vendors. The vendor explained that their customers did not want to make the change, because it would be difficult or confusing to re-learn. when it came to features in their system. You wouldn’t care.

Youll be interested to hear that when 200 CLOs/e-learning managers/training directors were asked to name 10 custom content development companies, most couldnt name 5. Responder listed themselves as internal purchasers of outsourced services too so it wasnt like they didnt use custom developers.
