Using Convert Images you can change properties, size, and even the file format of a group of images all at once. For example, you could take a group of images and add a one pixel border to each, make the images 200×200 pixels and change the file format from JPG to PNG.

Set your colors and shapes and desired bevel and then grab the shape with your screen capture tool and save your image. Here is one such beveled shape image: Pick your desired shape and set the color, bevel desired, Etc. Save as BMP or PNG. PowerPoint allows other images as the background in their shapes.
