For various reasons, Im not going to go back to school to get a Masters Degree in instructional design. Even though Ive been doing this ("instructional design") for over ten years, Im starting over. At least not formally.

The old theory: Up until now, Ive gone along with that concept of learning styles , which the books authors tell me is based on the information delivery theory. This is the notion that we all have a preferred channels for learning: visual or auditory. Im pretty skeptical of learning styles stuff, frankly (and justifiably).

Im no Facebook super-user and I havent experienced a huge time suck from it, but I suppose its possible. Cammy, Im just a "lite" Facebook user, but I have seen profile pages that list their workplaces with commentary about how horrible their company is, or how much they hate their job. And Im in complete agreement.
