It will not propel a learner through tedious, meaningless content that some manager somewhere believed everyone must know without verifying a real need.

Truly valuable content will be found as short videos on YouTube, entries on blogs, or a favorite page on a wiki, none will be housed in a Learning Management System. Penalty for non-falsifiability: if valuable content were housed on a learning management system, this would not be evident to the wider internet.
