Skill pre-assessments are gaining traction, with the preference being the assessment tool in the LMS, and not in an authoring tool per se. What some folks will do, vendor wise, is tie-in the skills driven angle with their system itself or within the KRT. As I recall, it was 92-93%. Big time. I see this as continuing.
