Beware: the embedded movie is a SWF, you need a browser with enabled Flash Player to watch that movie. Everything worked fine for SWF output also in later versions. Since you will re-enter the slide, you can use the On Enter event to restore the initial settings. You see the slide numbers at the bottom in the movie.

Initially I thought this might have to be exported as a SWF). I have tried adding another event listener to the window to have the images scale back down with a mousedown event on the window itself, if the image is enlarged. Is there a way I can call to the images hitbox and have that tween too?

As I explained in the mentioned blog post, the term ‘Learning Interactions’ was introduced to distinguish the widgets compatible with HTML5 output from the older ‘widgets’ which were created for SWF output. Under the Actions tab you find up to two events (Success, Last Attempt). Terminology can be confusing.
