Our tools set consisted of Adobe Connect in combination with Google docs and a Facebook Workplace group. In addition, we used a Facebook Workplace for communication between the sessions, the choice for Workplace was made because it was already in use within the organization. It needs thinking time.

As an example- someone sends you accidentally a message that was intended for another person which means he ( unknowingly ) is thinking about you. Or another example - someone sends a tweet and removes it immediately. I found this to be great examples and full of recognition as an online facilitator. Use emoticons and emotions.

This virtual assistant is a fine example of a chatbot. Other examples of chat bots are: The invisible boyfriend. In Facebook Messenger you can get CNN news via a personalised chatmessage. An example is the chatbot Your Face on Skype. That page I had not found myself! Thanks to Mr. virtual assistant. What is a chatbot?

The messages can be slightly longer than on Twitter and it is easier to reply (looks a lot like Facebook). But nice to see the examples of various uses of Yammer and how it has opened up knowledge in organisations and made it accessible, through the use of a social approach. Social online learning = not facilitated?

What I really liked is that we had a group of 20-25 people who wanted to think along for instance with a facebook exchange and/or reviewing the models. Informally we already did that, I believe, for example, by always look for the pioneers. Writing this book was almost like sculpting a model (which I did once).
