Started by three people in New Zealand, and equally a system to watch, which I did all those years ago, when most people were focused on players such as SumTotal. I am looking for stronger metrics in 2022 and wanting to see where they can go from here. And metrics needs a major booster. A vendor to watch. How about eLogic?

I bring this up, because after it was announced that Cornerstone will be acquiring SumTotal, the pundits went out and espoused some very interesting ideas. I never put innovation and SumTotal in the same sentence. SumTotal was never innovative. They were not the first ones with a mobile app.

SumTotal – you buy every mod – HCM. Metrics out of the box are okay. Metrics are the best in the industry, hands-down. Metrics are solid. If you tell folks you are an HCM, and you want said folks looking only for learning, congrats you can say goodbye to landing them. Customer Ed? Human-Centric to the tilt.
