Video files not embedding and loading properly on swf publish

Adobe Captivate

I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. I need this video saved into the swf file, if at all possible.

Adobe Captivate

All works well except on the last Knowledge Check page where, if ‘Project’ is previewed, the function works correctly and on completion, the student is taken back to the main menu to then access a different part of the course. Any ideas anyone, please!!!

This effects nearly every slide in the project. The post Captivate 2019 Formatting appeared first on eLearning. Hi, Is it just me? Any suggestions?
