You can control which Captivate project assets appear in the Word document by selecting or deselecting items from among the check boxes at the right of the dialog box (Caption text, Slide Notes, etc.).

When you insert a Standard Object onto a master slide and then apply the master slide to a Filmstrip slide, the Standard Object on the master slide appears on the Filmstrip slide(s).
