Instead of building the layouts on the master template, build them on the slides. ppt and create images to fill the comic panel shapes.

We use a fairly templated approach, so at this point there arent many bugs to discover. Most of the learning blogs speak of out of hte box immersive simulations. Something that wont fit in a templated format. Ive done some wireframes in PPT, but I keep coming back to Word. My development team builds the sucker.
