Activity streams are sort of in between Twitter and Blogs. Here are some of the tools I added to my repertoire of handy freebies in 2009. Egoboo tools help you find yourself, you narcissist. Similar Site searches for sites with similar content to yours. Rypple is a web-based app that makes it easy to gather anonymous feedback quickly.

Wouldn’t it be awesome to see a stream of graphics from the listeners? Talking about the process depicted in another of Christina Valenza’s drawings got us thinking about how to bring participants into the visual gestalt. I’d like to explore having a visual back channel during presentations.

Here’s the Tweet stream. Enter your name and email in the right column to see it. Our zany slides. Since GoToWebinar does not have a transparent chat, we used Tweetchat as our back channel. 308 tweets! We had tweets from Ireland, Oregon, Florida, Atlantic Canada, the UK, and elsewhere.
