For anyone who is not familiar with Adobe Captivate , it is an eLearning development tool that “enables anyone to rapidly create powerful and engaging simulations, scenario-based training, and robust quizzes without programming knowledge or multimedia skills.. Captivate 4 will be part of the new Adobe eLearning Suite.

Joni doesn’t call these fun…but they’re learning to use the tools, expressing themselves. Is fun a waste of time in online learning? We can replace fun with compelling, engaging, sticky. Stories and emotional connection, the unexpected – fun is one way of getting at those things. Especially on the corporate front – fun seen as a waste.

Snagit is a screen capture tool that helps people capture screenshots from software products/applications. The software industry is loaded with help manuals and tutorials.
