Working out loud not only helps people to share their "work-in-progress" but also enables sense-making by building a keen awareness of the processes being followed, decisions taken, mistakes made, and learnings thus gleaned. In my mind, working out loud can be one of the means to strengthen organizational learning. Meaningful engagement!

I just finished reading Harold Jarche’s post: Seek, Sense, Share In the post, he talks about how seeking information, then applying our personal sense-making filters to it, and finally sharing it helps us to see the interconnections, patterns and the larger whole.
