Some camps have full HTMl5 web page development implementation somewhere around 2012-2021, which clearly is a big gap. E-Learning 24/7. Codecs exist for audio and video. So, who uses what? Is Flash dead? Not in the foreseeable future.

At the minimum, you have either researched the TV online or enter the store and go and look at the TVs on the wall that are showing you their picture screen. Because the company was using Windows 2000 (in 2012 no less) and the LMS vendor did not support Windows 2000. Did the vendor ask? So who’s at fault?

You work online via the servers of your vendor. Everything is saved online. I had thought that this trend would be dying out, but it is amazing at the number of vendors who are entering the space and still focused on the desktop approach. Online/Offline synch, Push capabilities – has to exist.
