I read the book Switch some time ago. The book starts with a short story about moviegoers. Provide crystal-clear direction about where to go (and where not to go) Motivate the elephant. Change management is definitely one of my favorite fields! But maybe I already do it unconsciously based on my experiences.

I read the book Brein@work van Ria van Dinteren en Nina Lazeron. It may provide a strong underpinning for certain ways of working. Brain learning is currently a hot topic in the Netherlands amongst learning professionals. An example: sleep is very important for processing new information and new stimuli.

I read the book Multimedia Learni ng van Richard E. The book is entirely based on research and therefore is a slightly boring read, but has a solid basis. I have the crazy habit of reading all books from cover to cover and have therefore read it all. My advice is to read this blog post and not the entire book.
