Assembling the Performance Support Strategy Puzzle

Living in Learning

Performance Support is a lot more complex than a job aid. I would add that when properly integrated as an inclusive bridge between training and actual work performance there exists an inherent strategic value that up until recently was rarely considered. I would even go so far as positioning a Performance Support Strategy as a key driver over a Learning & Development strategy.

Forrester: 66% of Employees Use 2 or More Devices at Work, 12% Use Tablets

eFront

The following is an excerpt from an article published on Techcrunch.com. Forrester’s latest report on mobile adoption in the enterprise found that 66% of employees now use two or more devices every day, including desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets. Feeding the Web and Instructional Design

ATD Learning Technologies

If you find the web as useful as other tools (or more so), how did the web become that way? (BTW: I assume many of us find this whole web thing pretty useful.) Is it because someone paid for it?
