The assumption is that the product can output to HTML5, yet this is hardly true for the vast majority of authoring tools. Even if the product is a desktop product all you need to do is upload the course to your own web server, use the vendor’s web server or via a LMS. Online/Offline synch. Let me be clear on this.

You can try to figure out about the product via the company’s web site, but many sites honestly are beyond awful. They fail to even clearly show their product, let alone present the product sans the standard PPT intro that comes with “learn more” about the solution. Right product? 90 minutes.
