Here is my recap of the Washington ASTD ICE 2014 conference. This was my second ICE conference (did Dallas last year), it was huge and it was interesting. The trends where workplace learning and informal learning. This is the main trend I see at the conference. Another trend driven by scientific research.

This is an extremely small sample size, so please don’t consider this scientific research. It does seem like there isn’t much formal learning about accessibility happening though; most of the responses were for various kinds of informal learning. Informally from coworkers: 11%. Blogs: 14%. Books: 12%.
