WebEx – that UI is impressive, but I have had mixed experience good and bad with the product, just as I have had with Adobe for that matter. Adobe Captivate 8- Desktop – why? According to some Captivate users there was an issue when iOS went to 8.1, How dare you! Has an on/off synch mobile app.

3 Adobe Connect – Pricing is high, which is a big downer for me, because this is a solid solution. Right now it is a separate cost to go into Adobe Captivate Prime (Adobe LMS scheduled to launch soon), but who knows in a few years. Streams have always been excellent.

Adobe Captivate Prime – Not a strong customer education platform IMO. Raven360 – Customer education-focused system, more so than a combo, and definitely right on the edge, this would be the call in – Raven360 vs Open LMS. Super close. Not a top 16, nor top 20 IMO.

I know of two big dog vendors who had issues with Adobe Captivate, a year ago. I have been involved in two ERP implementations, one of which had a budget of 250 million dollars. Uh, you will never have anything close to that with your LMS. Big names are better. Just not true. One took months to find a fix, another took nearly a year.
