There is the obvious gMAIL, docs, spreadsheet, calendar, talk, etc. With LMS2007 coming up in April, I'm reminded of some of the discussions in the blogosphere. LMS, we hardly knew ye is classic Jay Cross. love it. Or this from EducauseCONNECT End of LMS? Which are only relevant if you are an institution fearing legal recourse. thinking.hmmm.

Key apps have a way to go like the Mail app and the Calendar App. Protect my calendar, my docs and my email and the rest you can have access to. Elliott Masie and I totally agree on that I wouldn't let you take it away from me. It is now integral to my wireless life. They aren't yet good enough. You simply cannot.

Even if this did work.then ever occurrence of this course would have to be individual in the system course calendar. Currently just a flyer goes out an people book the "dates" of sessions into their own calendars. have the system we are using, and access to a second system that is on my wish list. Runs 8:30am - 12:30 pm on Wed. Gary H.

There was the typical member list, discussion board, file centre, photos, calendar and polls. Google groups is not bad but was seemed to be missing the calendar. You can use the google calendar, but when you have to explain to "non-techies" how to add it in, you begin to lose members. Now Im not so sure on that. Twitter Update
