Thus far, I have conducted five face-to-face online professional networking classes, which focuses on leveraging Linked In for finding business opportunities and professional development opportunities. Class participants are bankers and/or staff from the bank’s support areas and most are very new to social media.

I get to take the class once and if I need to review it, well maybe there's another one soon. Complete a level 1 evaluation and let them know the trainer was real nice, but the room was cold. Because there's a good chance I can be told "to put my phone away." Who doesn't love a slightly awkward icebreaker?

LMS Admin - Although most organizations I''ve been with had LMS admins, their focus tended to be more on handling traditional classes managed on the LMS. At least I have earned the right to call myself the Mel Blanc of my little eLearning fiefdom.

Providing very specific scenarios based on what's relevant to individual participants attending the class. Participants always possess valuable knowledge that can and should be shared with the class.
