For example, I ran a ‘deeper ID’ workshop this week for a team, and presented the concepts, modeled the application to samples of their learning objectives, gave them a practice opportunity, and wrapped up, across each of the learning elements. When you think about creating learning experiences, you are talking about design.

Christian Stracke gave a great talk about accreditation European style, but my favorite part was when he told us he was from the home of gummi bears AND PASSED OUT FREE SAMPLES. Last week I received a nice surprise in the mail, Changing Cultures in Higher Education (Ulf Daniel Ehlers and Dirk Schneckberg eds.) Springer. Congratulations, guys.

Based on my post LMS RFP , I've been asked several times if I knew where you could find samples of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for custom eLearning development, performance support tools, learning content management systems (LCMS), elearning authoring tools , etc. Today the question was for Microsoft Project.
I am always asked for samples of companies using Second Life.  Mainly by other eLearning providers trying to build a case to get a little budget towards getting a foothold in Second Life.  These individuals are typically eLearning designers, developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts.  link]. link]. link]. link].

During the session i presented a number of samples. Simple Example (click to enlarge the two pictures) Here is a great, simple example of Pedagogical Elements. Take two, almost identical pictures of Earth. The first is made up just of accurate simulation elements (if you ignore the corners). Click on it and see if you can make out the details. The second picture adds just a bit of pedagogy.
