So the upshot of this article is that the NSA is joining an ongoing effort called "A-Space" within the intelligence community to share info. Its big news because the NSA is just a wee bit on the secretive side - a friend of mine who works there, never had business cards as a minor example.

The 00s was a time of more rapid change, where we witnessed the emergence of the social web, and mobile phones became smart. In the 90s, change accelerated.
