I never understood why vendors love to place the pricing in the far back of their proposals, some of which I have seen that are more than 25 pages, as though you are going to start on the first page and read through. On top of all that, the LXP vendors (as a whole) pushed a false pretense that the LXP was vastly different than say an LMS. One of my favorite early vendors was GeoLearning.
