I think the idea of 'quick wins' can be not only distracting but wasteful. I think Mark missed the bigger barriers of Changing Knowledge Worker Attitudes and the work literacy gap. And, when you look at adoption patterns - a lot of what makes adoption of Web 2.0 And I think it's easy to underestimate that impact.
