So I’ve had to put in policies to be able to cope. So, I get a lot of requests to link on LinkedIn, and I’m happy to, with a caveat. I use LinkedIn for business connections, so I’m linked to lots of people I don’t even know, but they’re in our field. Try LinkedIn instead. Too many, really.

Don’t use AI unsupervised!

A recent post on LinkedIn dubbed me in. In this case, LinkedIn (shamefully) is having AI write articles, and then circulating them for expert feedback. Which, to me, doesn’t reflect well on LinkedIn for being willing to publicly demonstrate that they don’t review what they provide.

Top 10 tools for Learning 2023

I’ve been using DuckDuckGo as a search engine instead of more famous ones, as I like the privacy policies better. LinkedIn has risen to replace Twitter (which I now minimize my use of, owing to the regressive policies that continue to emerge). Like the previous two, it’s both seek and share, of course.
