How about – Litmos actually skinning the product themselves – as the majority of vendors do – at no additional charge or more simple click customization options. However there were plenty of vendors who had — NOTHING. The same with LMS administrators. I also liked the T-shirts from Maestro and WebEducator.

While I am sure that occurred at WOLC, the ones I gazed at, which were presented by vendors, had no sales pitch whatsoever, rather it was all about a specific subject tied to e-learning. I know a few vendors who had multiple meetings each day with potential clients – and the ones I am referring to where LMS vendors.

Nice selection of vendors – in general. More vendors showing off their products then in the past – still a couple believe that a poster board will do the trick. Wi-Fi worked a lot better, but vendors and end users still had issues inside the expo hall. I heard this happen to two vendors.

That said, there were some hiccups and from an entire vendor wise (expo here) angle, some unique and some, uh. That said, why is this happening: A significant (over 90%) of vendors are holding off this year and at least part of next year from optimizing their solution to the iPad. But with LMS vendors jumping into the mobile learning sector, at least in some cases, it may be a tad misleading.
