I am new to Captivate and will be recording many video demos to train users on how to use an internal system. All recordings must have Closed Captions but have not found a way to do that in Captivate 2019. Captivate is great when I need bells and whistles but not for video demos.

New to Captivate, just downloaded trial. Trying to record a video demo (talking head to overlay on a presentation). Seems like I’m on track, but as soon as I start to record, captivate freezes or quits. captivate 11.0.1.266. Every time. Mac running 10.14.2 with 16 gig ram and at least 30 gig hd space. Any ideas?
