Rapid e-Learning tools, like Articulate , change the amount of actual technical skill an ID would need within such a group. It seems to me that a system like this could provide some of the networking that FaceBook provides -- within an organization -- and provide a lot of content. It seems to me that FaceBook is a great networking tool.

There are great tools with a short learning curve (for example, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter) and tools with a longer learning curve that are really excellent (for example, Lectora, and Flashform). There seems to be a mix between contract and full time positions, and Im not sure how to read into that.

Im a linear reader in recovery and have been actively learning how to skim books and not feel guilty about it. Lots of practical ideas and examples for turning basic teaching points into learning games -- from casual games to teach facts and concepts, to detailed simulations that teach procedures and problem solving.
