In Rapid Project Management Techniques for e-Learning presented by Coates & Hill of Deloitte, they outlined their approach to creating a big enterprise-wide training program in an extremely aggressive timeframe. There are great tools with a short learning curve (for example, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter) and tools with a longer learning curve that are really excellent (for example, Lectora, and Flashform). There seems to be a mix between contract and full time positions, and Im not sure how to read into that.

Im not sure if the SME was reading a script, reading the notes, or just speaking from the heart. So its interesting to think about this underadditive effect where "total brain activation goes down" if presenting in both visual and auditory at the same time.
