That said, why is this happening: A significant (over 90%) of vendors are holding off this year and at least part of next year from optimizing their solution to the iPad. Two years ago, lots of LMS vendors were saying their systems were browser agnostic. Gartner projects 54.8 million units.

It is a necessity to identify the vendor that is going to provide you with the best system for your solution. It is a time saver, but pulling down a RFP, especially if it comes from a vendor’s site (even if that is not the vendor you are going to submit it to), can define your approach, without you even realizing it.

Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). E-commerce is standard, multi-tenet off the main system, with each distributor/wholesaler/reseller/sales agent, etc. Use Skype within their system.

I am projecting the analytical part to significantly increase and to expand the capability to use solutions such as online storage (which a few vendors are offering) and product like Dropbox and CalenGoo. Social Learning. Integrated e-mail. A huge number of vendors are offering this feature in their system.
