Models for Learning Questions

1) Two issues that come up, at least in the world of training in a government environment, is that of a) security of information, and b) control of the information given to the learner to make sure it is accurate. As a side note, I think selling Twitter/Yammer is harder than selling social bookmarking and wikis.
