WebOjbect does not launch in LMS

Using Cp2017… I entered a web object in my project and it plays when I view it via HTML Browser in Chrome and IE. It is published as HTML5 and Scorm 2004. However, when I load it in the LMS, it will not launch. It tries to establish a secure connection in the LMS. Then, the connection does not happen and says it is rest.
