If you are using a screenshot or a PNG image, it will default to have a transparent background. Step 5: Save your image as a PNG. If you don’t save your image as a PNG file it will default your background to white. You may have to play with the tolerance to get the right transparency level.

Think of a Fluid Box in Captivate 2017 as a logical container, used to layout objects and content across any range of devices. Similarly, if the parent has a black solid fill, whereas the child box has a transparent PNG image fill, then the combination of both is the final result on stage. Can Fluid Boxes have Fill?

The Back Story: In the previous versions of Adobe Captivate such as 7, 8, and 9 (before updating to version 9.0.2.437) the individual loose files such as png, smartshapes, and text captions from the project’s HTML5 output were stored in the dr folder. There could be hundreds of images in that folder. It will not.

Hello, In both versions of Cap 2017 and 2019, I’m having an issue where I’ve got a small png file, 75 kb, that I’m using as the retry message fill when someone gets a quiz question wrong. I’ve tried updating and importing the image into the library and that used to fix it in 2017, but it doesn’t in 2019.
