Another good example of a form-based tool is Articulate Engage. That means a greater time commitment and learning curve than just dropping content into a form and hitting publish. Essentially you use your PowerPoint skills to build your content and whatever you create in PowerPoint is converted to an elearning course.

I get a lot of requests for software demos and quick tutorials. Another challenge is that most screencasts are recorded at a higher resolution than used in the elearning courses. You can create presentations, rapid elearning courses, illustrations, videos, mobile learning and even books for publishing. In PowerPoint 2010 files are saved as.wmv and need to be converted to.mp4. The videos you create can be combined with your other elearning development. PowerPoint also offers ease of entry.
