You may need to contact the media provider to find out. If you want the person you hire to keep the information confidential, you would need to provide that person with your own NDA. Don’t be afraid to reach out to the company you’re using to purchase the image or audio. Keep private information private. Know your restrictions.

If you have two audio files or two videos (or a combination of both), you must combine them outside of your authoring tool before inserting into your course.
