Download the free assets from the elearning community. When you’re working with limited resources you’ve got to find places where you can get good free or low cost assets.

Many of them do a great job given their limited resources, but to build courses that are engaging, interactive, and meet learning objectives requires more than a basic understanding of PowerPoint and learning to find free clip art.
